Rhona Berengut; MBA RHONA G. BERENGUT, MBA is a founding partner of SIGMA Strategic Solutions Inc. and has been a part-time faculty member of York University's Schulich School of Business since 1988, where she teaches in both the MBA and BBA degree programs. As a partner of SIGMA Strategic Solutions, Ms. Berengut consults and conducts training and development programs helping organizations and businesses align performance to strategic purpose and direction. Additionally, Ms. Berengut has developed a highly successful Executive Development workshop entitled "Developing a Strategic Mindset" which is offered at both Schulich Executive Learning Centre and The University of Winnipeg. Ms. Berengut's areas of specialization include Managing Strategic Change, Strategic Analysis, Interpersonal Managerial Skills and Organization Design and Analysis. Ms. Berengut also lectures at Ryerson University and has taught at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Business and Erindale College. Prior to moving to Toronto, Ms. Berengut was on the faculty at The University of Calgary Faculty of Management for six years. Ms. Berengut is past recipient of the Schulich Part-time Faculty Award, has been nominated for MBA Educator of the Year, and The Seymour Schulich Award for Teaching Excellence, all at the Schulich School of Business.
